I used this item for the first time this morning, in conjunction with post surgery knee physical therapy. The item does exactly what it said it would do. It is an excellent and inexpensive way to do a home workout of the knee. The unit allows you to flex the knee as much as you can. It also helps in extending (straightening) your knee as much as you can. I don't understand why the pull cord is elasticized. But, that's okay. It doesn't detract from the unit. A plain cord however, would do just as well. I like this unit very much and the price is right. I plan to use it at least once daily to keep my "new" knee from freezing up. I highly recommend this unit. The next step up would be a more expensive hand hydraulic unit, like can be found in many physical therapy gyms.

This product is valuable for post knee replacement. I got my TKR 2 days before Thanksgiving 2020. It would be 2 weeks before my home PT would start. This product enabled me to do the critical exercises that I learned at the hospital. After showing this in operation to my home PT, and later, me external PT, they both wanted to get one for their clients. Because of the Knee Exerciser Pro and a 3 times a day regimen, I was able to go from 75degree bend to a 110 degree bend in under 3 weeks.

Following a total knee replacement surgery one of my physical therapists pointed me to this simple device as a way to boost my at home exercise routine and to help in recovering a full range of motion. I've been using it twice a day for several weeks as part of my at home routine and find it quite helpful and well worth the small price I paid for it.

This item was a huge help in my total knee replacement surgery. Being a bigger man my recovery in PT was off to a slow start. Once I got this I started making big strides in my recovery. I highly recommend this item!!

Used to strengthen IT muscles on leg, not very helpful, wish I had returned it.

I did not like it for myself. You have to have the perfect chair to make this work. Your foot should be off the floor a bit. I do not have 6 different chairs to work with. My mistake.

I like this product its helping with my knee to stretch and straighten . I recommend this product to the people with knee surgery.

Very complicated to set up and it's not needed to do that exercise. It can be done without the contraption. I guess it's ok if you want to be fancy about it
