Had to use gorilla glue to make them stick, put them around a fountain (not in water) and the splash of the waterfall was enough to short them out. Yes, I made sure the end and the plug were both in dry where no water could touch, but they blew out in less than an hour after starting waterfall. Water only splashed near the center of them. Splash was just drops, not a deluge. Not very water resistant at all.

Lights are super easy to install wiring wise. Definitely gonna need super glue to get it to hold on though. Mine lasted 2hours and I was having to scrub the glue off and reapply super glue to hold it.

Really liked them at first but then some of them turned yellow

The light is quality strip led light. The down side is it will not stick despite cleaning the surface with 99.9 Rubbing Alcohol.I'm so disappointed that I have to go and buy Glue for it to stay.

My major problem with this light strip was the tiny and frail pigtail wires on the end of the strip opposite the plug. They are probably only 24 gauge, which made it difficult to make a durable connection to the 14 gauge wiring I fabricated to light up my kayak for night fishing. They may be the standard for all LED light strips, and I'm considering which strip light to choose to replace for my application. It's hard to get enough information to make the best decision. I'm sure they're adequate for most folks' needs, but not great for mine. (By the way, I added silicone adhesive to try to make the strip stay where I wanted it, with less than impressive results, even with the adhesive tape.)
