This review is for Turmeric Curcumin Capsules from Stellar Formulas. I chose to purchase these to add to my diet which already consists of regular intake of Turmeric through food. As Turmeric is an Amazing spice, I tell everyone I know to insure they get it into their system for a variety of reasons. Not only does Turmeric have powerful anti-inflammatory effects, it is also a very strong antioxidant. It also aids in preventing cancers and is a brain food. There are so many benefits of Turmeric within our system, it is a must have for our bodies, in my opinion!These capsules contain 600mg of Turmeric (Curcuma LongaXroot) and 50mg Turmeric 95% Curcuminoids.So, after a few weeks of testing this, here are my results. Even though I get a regular intake of Turmeric through my diet, it is not always on a daily basis as I would like, so I have been able to see a major difference since taking these capsules.First major change I noticed is that my joints no longer hurt. I repeat, they no longer hurt! At all!!! I'm a 45+ aged woman and I have been going through some back issues and have arthritis pretty bad in my back and both knees. Since I began taking these, I no longer have that intense stiffness I used to wake up to. That alone, gives this a 5 star rating from me!!! It took a few days to start to notice the difference. A few weeks later of faithfully taking these, I'm able to climb stairs, do my exercises and so on without any pain or stiffness. I'm loving it in concentrated form!Next, I did not expect this one at all....my energy level has sky rocketed. I know a LOT about Turmeric. I knew it was good for chronic diseases, aiding Alzheimers, fighting cancers etc...and that it was good for combating depression as well. Never in a million years would have guessed that my energy level would increase as much as it did. I feel like I lost 10 years in body and mind. Along with it, I feel a lot more positive in general.But know this, like I said before, I preach about Turmeric, yet have never taken it in capsule form before and was not sure if I would feel a major difference from my normal dietary intake. This really surprised me, which will only support my stance on Turmeric even more. One thing, however, is when taking Turmeric whether in food or in a capsule, it is important to also take a good black pepper alongside it. The pepper combined with Turmeric creates a monster army within our systems to combat many things. This is the only thing I feel is lacking within this product, but pepper can be added to a variety of foods, so my advice is to add a good amount into your diet while taking these. Other than that, I am more than pleasantly surprised with these capsules and highly recommend them to anyone seeking to add Turmeric to their diet without having to put it in food (taste wise). The lack of pepper does not effect my rating one bit due to the changes I feel.We received this product for a discounted price or free to give a review of this product.
