Bought this Unsolved Case files as an activity for Christmas this year, wasn’t sure what to expect but it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. The case file is so detailed and well written it kept three of us going for hours (about 6 hours in total until we cracked it!). There is an insane amount of evidence within the file with so many mini story lines and plot twists to discuss. It was definitely a bonus that there were three questions we needed to solve, the answer for each unlocked the next part of the case. We now can’t wait to try all of the others - would definitely recommend for a rainy day/weekend activity or as a gift for someone who likes to problem solve.

I enjoyed solving this solo over a couple of days whenever I had a bit of spare time to look at it. The materials are high quality and well thought through and the case is realistic and interesting. My one criticism is the final solve really doesn't work outside of the USA because of something they do differently to the rest of the world. I don't want to spoil it by saying more! But suffice it to say it was frustrating to have to use all the hints for that solve when I would have figured it on my own if it wasn't for the American-centric resolution. Anyway, an enjoyable diversion and I will try others from the same company.

Very good murder case. The in-dept testimonies and interrogations make you feel like you get to know the characters. Story line was original and had a bit of a thriller movie going on. Level of difficulty is perfect. I usually prefer non-digital case files, but the use of internet (hints, step-by-step procedure to solve the case etc.) was actually quite helpful. Material in excellent condition. This is really worth the money.

genuinely had SO much fun doing this with my family, the plotline was good, the characters were interesting and we were all immeresed into the story. Packaging of all the items were amazing from the evidence photos, to the witness statements and reports, really well put together. Hints were also given to help us, without giving away exactly what you needed to look for which really helped us in the investigating. Also took us around 5 hrs as a team of 3, maybe because we were slow, but proves it wasn't so easy to only last an hour. If your thinking of buying this, it's REALLY worth the money

If you have done these type of games before you know basically what to expect. For those that haven't dipped a toe into the detective role, this particular case took a good few hours or more, there is a lot of detailed supporting evidence to comb through, take your time and enjoy it, it makes a nice change from watching TV or reading a book at night. You can approach the case file on your own or with a small group I would say this one was one of the harder ones to crack compared to others available.

Brilliant game

This was the first product of this type I had tried. Played solo over 3 days whenever I had a few minutes spare. Managed to solve the case. While the product is expensive it was enjoyable and I have bought a few more both from this company and others during occasional Amazon sales.

Excelente producto

I ordered it because we really like detective movies, escape rooms, escape room board games etc. I can say it was one of the best game I ever played at home. Straight after this I ordered another one (Jane Doe case) both are amazing. Highly recommend.

Really good fun. Better than reading a murder mystery.

The ending is absolutely dumb and makes no sense also, the papers are alot an add zero importance to the plot
