Lego Dimensions Starter Pack for Xbox One

When my grandson received his game the disc would not play. It took like two weeks to arrive, so I was already upset. His Father, my Son, passed away and I was really hoping for it to be perfect and help take his mind off things as he is only 10. He tried everything to make it work and had already built figures for a couple hours before. I didn’t want him to have to send them all back, and after spending $197, I almost just went and spent $50 more I didn’t have to get a disc. It was delivered the /11/4, reported 11/5 and I was told by Expressmall not to send back that they would just replace the disc asap and I would get on the 9th. On the AM of the 10th I tracked the package and it stated a label was made the 5th, but it was just a label sitting so I was heated! They sent another email after I complained to Amazon, that night stating it was finally shipped, blamed the Mail and said it would be here the 15th. I was mad about the expedited shipping I paid $38.75 for, so they refunded that immediately. I was still very upset and initiated a return from Amazon anyhow. Well he received it the 12tb and works great and on TOP of that, Expressmall sent a couple other gift packs with it! He is so excited! They made good and they went above what was expected and I’m very happy with this resolution! I will continue to buy from them in the future. Thank you, Expressmall for making a little boys day at least a little brighter ❤️

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my twins. A small plastic piece that is needed to connect to the online game didn’t work (online info said that was a very common issue with the game). I contacted the company to replace it. Not only did they send a replacement piece, but also sent 3 additional fun packs. My kids went crazy over it! Thank you so much! I will definitely buy from this company again with the holidays coming! They truly went above and beyond!

The item was new and sealed with almost no visible creases or markings. There was an included paper woth info about my order which was very helpful. I needed to replace the disk since it couldn't be read but the replaced it quickly and professionally.
