This cup was my first, and I tried it with all conviction. First cycle was tough, second was tough too. By the third one I got accustomed and by the sixth one I am super pro.There are many tutorials available on youtube regarding the usage, you cannot really go wrong if you do not give up in first two cycles. And please do not give up, this is a life changer.This Sirona one I think is very good quality although I can't comment how comparable it is to other brands as this being my first, but I don't think I will switch to another brand whenever the silicon shows signs of wear.Must try and adopt ladies.

I am a beginner and this was the first time that I have used cup instead of pads. I was to hesitant but wanted to give it a try.I purchased the Large size cup since I am married and have to normally delivered kids. At first I used some other brand's small size as I read the reviews that beginners should use small size but it was leaked and I felt its not a good thing but I have read good comments of ladies saying that it doesn't leak and they can no rashes etc so I ordered the large size Sirona cup and it worked well. I am still in transition of pad to cup as I have used it for the last 3 days of my periods cycle but there was no leakage or pain or irritation.Its going well till now.Its just that when you remove the cup, there is a very foul smell of blood which irritates me at times.

Having returned from holiday I couldn't find my previous cup so with my impending period ordered this one for next day delivery. This one is a lot softer and so more comfortable and I've been very happy with it.

The cup comes with a little cloth bag to store it in and an instruction pamphlet. Its made out of medical grade silicone and is safe to use. It might be a little difficult to get a hang out it but once you navigate the right way to insert the cup its becomes easy to use. You cant feel the cup or the stem hanging out so there's no need to cut the stem unlike many other cups.

The material is very hard ..not suitable for use regardless of any size you get. Earlier had got from same Sirona Super soft size M. It wudnt even go in. I thot maybe the size is issue..i had ordered another brand simultaneously..worked well..just saw recently offer on Sirona cup ..i ordered S size this as I needed a backup one. Mistake repeated.It wasnt the size dats problem. The brand itself is the problem.Rim is too thick.It wont fold well, cant hold the fold without putting immense pressure. Dont go in and its painful even with trying.

What’s advertised is a clear cup but what you’ll receive is a blue cup (for the small size). Seller should update the advertised photo. I only came to know this when I searched for international reviews on the desktop version of Amazon...Besides that the Product is good, it’s slightly firm but not flimsy, non-irritating and the bag is made of good material and it looks discreet.
