I received a fake product. The jar is double the size of the original, the list of ingredients are also different from the picture and the original product, anf the mg of magnesium citrate is different from the picture and the original product.

He tomado el citrato de magnesio de Solgar durante un tiempo y, en mi caso, cumple correctamente. Es una forma de magnesio que se absorbe bien y no me ha provocado molestias digestivas, que era algo que me preocupaba. Lo uso sobre todo por la noche y sí noto ayuda a nivel muscular y de descanso. No es un efecto inmediato ni exagerado, pero con el uso continuado se aprecia. Las cápsulas tienen el tamaño habitual de Solgar, algo grandes, pero fáciles de tragar con agua. No es el suplemento más barato, pero la calidad es constante y da confianza. Si buscas magnesio bien tolerado y de una marca fiable, este es una opción correcta.

Llevo más de 4 meses tomándolas y funcionan. La tomo por la noche y me ha mejorado mucho el sueño. Las pastillas son bastante grandes , eso sí.
