My 8 year old loves it and have finished reading all of them. Quality of the book and paper is also nice.

Being a big fan of HTTYD, This book is a must buy! This is like the reason why the movies were made.

It's the perfect set !

Have not read these but bought for my grandson S he is enjoying reading the first book in the series.

At the beginning we were expecting this series to be a lot like the movie but they are almost nothing like the movie.... Anyways, the story is also nice and captivating but the interesting stars around the 5th book. My son read them and so did I (I read them to my daughter because she still can't read) and we were both not fascinated by the first 4 books. I can say that this series would've been super cool if they were made into ...let's say 5 books in totl. 12 is a bit of a stretch.
