Q: Do these flatten for storage like traditional paper lanterns do?

Yes! They have an internal metal frame you need to put in before use and can be removed for storage. These lanterns last for years!

Q: Do these have to be hung or can they be placed on table?

The fabric solar lanterns are made to be hung and would not stay put or balance too well with even a slight breeze on a table Because they are extremely lightweight.

Q: I purchased 3 of these and they don’t light up. help!!!!

There is a soft small round button that slides back-and-forth under the solar panel on the inside of the lantern. Make sure it is on.

Q: Just received und hung. Getting dark and no glow. How long does it take for them to charge?

After being placed in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours the battery will charge and the lantern will come on when the sun goes down. The lantern uses a photo light sensor so place the lantern where it will be away from artificial sources of light such as a porch light. If the lantern does not come on after 1-2 days of full charging please contact our customer service team at 866-425-5767. All of our products carry a 1-year warranty and we are able to resolve any issues 100% of the time.
