Q: will this work to connect concrete to concrete. Such as a broken bird bath?

Hello J.T. - Yes, it should work..and..work well. I used it to repair a cracked concrete Septic Tank cover. The repair was easy to do..and..is solid and strong..Jerry

Q: Once used, is the applicator nozzle done? I've got a project this looks good for, but I won't use all of it in one go.

An option that I liked was using a pastry bag (probably could use a ziploc bag) and put the two parts in the bag, mix in the bag by kneading (don't use the mixing nozzles) and then cut the tip off the bag and squeeze just like you see a cake decorator. Does get warm/hot in the bag. But a lot easier and less effort than using the mixing tubes. AND you can use the product several times, just mix up what you need.

Q: I had some bolts snap off in concrete - 5/16 inch bolts, about 3 inches deep. Can I drill them out / pour this / screw in new screw? Instead anchor

Yes, I think that you would be able to do that, but I am not sure what you mean by screw in new screw?? I would drill out the existing bolt, and follow the directions on the tube for setting bolts in concrete. This worked really well for me.

Q: it says a .875" diameter rod has a bond strength of just under 2500# but is that per inch of imbedded rod? per foot?

Don’t know specifically what the value is but found it bonded well whether applied thick or thin.

It's really amazing epoxy adhesive

It's really amazing epoxy adhesive. Easy to use. So strong that might stop an elephant. I fixed a 60mm 12mm Dia Fe500 iron rod in a hole with this adhesive.Out of 60mm rod only 35 mm rod was outside the hole. After 12 hours we bend this rod without a small crack in joint. It makes my many tasks simple. Now it became a necessity because it makes so strong bond beyond one's imagination. I recommend it to all my colleagues. Thanks.

Stronger than the surrounding concrete

This product is the easiest to mix and apply compared to any others I've purchased. It works exceptionally well, and the final result is stronger than the surrounding concrete.
