I was really disappointed with this product. It didn't work at all for me, and I feel like it was a waste of money. The packaging claims you can take up to three, which I now understand because it doesn't do much of anything. The only positive aspect is the taste, which is similar to eating Haribo gummies. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the lack of effectiveness.

I bought it again even before finishing my 1st bottle. I had insomnia related to stress..this helps me return to my normal sleep cycle. 1 was more than enough to make me sleepy..when i took the recommended 2..i became too sleep and with heavy head. So one is perfect for someone who isn't used to it. Start with 1 and in the bad days take 2 2 hours befor bed time. And it tastes good too.

It really works

I tried to take two gummies and it did not work well and makes you not feeling well when you wake up. Then I took one gummy and it slightly help but when you wake up, you will have a bad headache that continue the whole day.

These gummies help to induce sleep and you will wake up thoroughly rested. The taste is good but I find that they smell too strong of strawberry which might bother the person next to you. Reason for four stars. Other than that, it is a good product that does what is advertised.

The first time I bought these, they were great. The second time, I had exactly the same experience as Ali A: the seal was broken, there was a strange smell and a strange taste. Unfortunately, they went into the bin. I bought them around the same time as Ali A (end of July). So I think there must have been a problem with that batch.

I was happy to find this product from a brand I am familiar with. Insomnia runs in my family, and I've struggled with sleeplessness my entire adult life. I was looking for something to help me wind down on those days when I really need a good night's sleep - early work meetings, traveling, busy days in general. I have always been apprehensive about taking any kind of sleep aid. I assumed either the product wouldn't work, or I'd become dependent on it. The instructions are to take two chews, so I started with just one and before I knew it, I felt myself slowly easing into a comfortable rest. I slept through the night, felt refreshed in the morning. I've used these chews sparingly ever since, and every time, they work just the same: a nice, comfortable ease into sleep. One chew is still enough for me. I can take one, lay in bed with the TV, or a book, and within a half hour or so, I'm out. As a side effect, which might be mind over matter, I feel like my sleep has improved little by little, even when I don't use this product. I still only use one chew, instead of the recommended two, and maybe once a week, or less. I would recommend to anyone looking for something to gently help them sleep. I also want to point out that there is NO GELATIN in this chew, which is very hard to find. They also taste delicious!

My husband works for a utility company and occasionally gets called in to work overnight during emergencies, and then has to work straight through the next day, and it can really mess up his sleep schedule. We noticed that after those days it would just take him days and days to recover, so we ordered these to see if they helped him to rest better. They work really for him! He says his sleep feels much deeper, and Ive actually noticed he doesn’t snore when he takes these. He likes the flavor, and we like they are a mild dose for him. We also take many other Rescue Remedy products; and we love the company and quality of ingredients. He has found that if he takes them and has less than 6 hours of sleep he is super groggy, so definitely just a heads up there. Price is much better here than our grocery store (H‑E‑B), so we are super pleased!

This product does help me sleep when I take them. They are easy to chew & swallow & the flavor is very delicious. I’ve been using this product for two years now.

I inherited insomnia...super duper..so I have been taking melatonin every night for as long as I can remember, along with a prescription sleep aid. Now, because I have been taking it so long, I find that I have to take more and more melatonin to sleep. These gummies work so well that I can get away without taking the sleep aid every night, AND I only have to take 2. Mind you, I wake up more without it, but it's comforting to know that should I run out or something, I will still get some sleep. They taste good, no nasty after taste. They are also not overly gummy, so they aren't getting stuck in my teeth. I do find that I am getting some interesting dreams...but that also means I am sleeping. Having been days without sleeping before, I am ok trading strange dreams for sleep. I will continue to order this product as long as they keep helping me sleep.

This is a life saver, or should I say sleep saver!
