Great product

I would highly recommend this product to anyone in peri menopause…fantastic alternative to prescribed HRT from doctors( which I will never take) Definitely makes a difference with mood swings and well being. I wouldn’t be without them. I didn’t take them for a week as I ran out and was away on holiday and could definitely feel the difference.

These capsules have stopped my hair going grey! I have taken them for 15 years now every morning (which is the best time to take B vitamins) together with BioCare vitamin C to help absorption. I realise I only have myself as an example to prove that the B vitamins work to prevent greying hair, but I strongly recommend anyone trying it, abs in the mean time you will benefit anyway from the all the other helpful things which Vit B has to offer. 15 or so years ago, during a stressful time, I had about 50 hairs on my temple go grey (my brother counted them!) I read in a health book that in Indian people have a high intake of PABA and this is why they often have lovely strong, non greying hair. You have to have a fairly high intake and I found this in Biocare. There are two other makes which also have a high amount but they were mail order so I always bought these. Most of the cheaper brands of B vitamins don;t have enough or none at all and also miss out some of the other B vitamins and it's important to take B vitamins all together rather than individual ones. So after taking them my greying hair halted. I carried on for years and no more greys. Then one day the shop where i bought them closed and for a couple of months I didn't go into central London to buy some elsewhere. My hairs started going grey in my temple. I bought some and it halted. Then last Christmas I also didn't get around to buying some and low and behold my other temple started going grey so I quickly bought some! My Dad also takes them to (hopefully ) help prevent Alzheimer. I think though that the study on that was done with very high dose vitamins but I am sure these must help a bit and helps with stress too.

Easy to swallow capsules with good range of multivitamins. My only remark is that the folic acid is synthetic and it could be swapped with methylfolate as that is better absorbed by the body. Maybe something to consider as this is a more expensive multivitamin in comparison to others.
