For the price, this is a great headset. The sound is clear, the microphone picks up sounds from a distant and it is easy to control. I work in a call centre so this is a must, I was spending £50 on headsets but this is the best quality so far. My problem with the headset is that it is very flimsy, because it is cheaper it is made from cheap material. The metal band at the top of the headset is very thin, and when I adjust the headset with the metal band I feel as though I might break it - I never have and I do adjust it quite frequently. For the price, it is an excellent headset.

My doughter very happy with this usb headphone with microphone this is second time I have ordered the sound quality is really good and comfortable to wear and great value for the price.

Not the most comfortable but as I don't use often and they weren't expensive I am putting up with that. 20th October they started to play up and the sound through them has started to break down. If there was a fair warranty I would like to swap them for another pair but I don't thing Amazon abide by standard laws in UK like that. Maybe they will surprise me???

Started using 7th Feb. Returns window closed 10th Mar. By 14th Mar only one side has sound (sometimes both sides click on and then it fades away, I think it’s faulty wiring). Comfortable to wear but not worth the money…just waiting on the other side to fail really. Update as of 7th May: just doesn’t come on at all. One side was working normally yesterday and now it doesn’t work at all. Impossible to get in contact with manufacturer and Amazon less than helpful.

These are good quality and block out external noise which works well at work when taking phone calls. Good delivery time

Delivery was quick, overall quality is good. The only reason why I don't give 4 star is the volume control is a but buggy: When you plug it in, it uses the max volume, then you have to adjust a bit to return to the original level, which was set previously. Sound quality is good, microphone is also good. Cable is very long, and it works with both USD and Jack sockets with no problem.
