I only wish I have read this book earlier. I have not finished it yet but the first few chapters already got me hooked in.

A no-nonsense guide to property investment. Easy to read and accessible, with no long winded examples or cheap slogans. I have honestly learnt so much in the few hours it has taken me to read it. Highly recommended.

This is a good read if you are looking to get into property investment. I wouldnt recommend it for someone who already has a number of properties as would think they would aleady know what they are doing.

Knew zero about property investment, but this book really explains well the process from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone with an interest in the subject.
