Excellent firm, larger size stretch ball
Excellent larger size for spot treatment. I find it to be much more effective than a tennis ball size for psoas or larger muscle pinpoint loosening.

Love this lil doodad
This thing is UH-MAZE-ING! I purchased it 2/3 way through a 15 hour turned 24 hour road trip. My back was SO SORE and I ordered this thing for overnight delivery to my destination and it was the best purchase I have made in SO LONG!!! Not only if this amazing for everyday massaging of sore spots but it’s also perfect for travel. You can easily slide this between yourself and the seat to reach those tight knocks that form from sitting in the same position for so long. Easy to use by yourself and the stripes vs solid points do have varying stiffness to allow for deeper pressure when needed. So happy I found this and if I ever loose it in my travels (or have it stolen by my already jealous friends and family) I will most DEFINITELY be coming back to repurchase.

Great for self massage
I’ve been wanting one of these for quite some time and it was finally the right price at the right time. It’s so easy to use on the wall or the floor to relieve muscle pain. Because it’s so light weight, it will be easy to travel with. So many uses and reliable quality.

Best there is, but still has major flaws
First of all, this is simply the best massage ball there is for shoulder/back/glutes massage. I've literally tried them all. Tennis balls are too soft for most uses, while lacrosse balls usually harder than desired. The hardness and size of this ball is *just right*. And for whatever reason, there doesn't seem to be any other brand that sells individual massage balls of this consistency and size. However, there is one huge flaw with this ball, which is that the hard walnut-sized core simply isn't fully glued to the outer foam layer. It's glued only in a small spot, which means the more you use this ball, the more the foam will stretch and pull away from the glued spot, and separate from the inner core. Then additional usage will quickly result in tearing the foam. If you use this ball daily for 10 min, expect to have to replace the ball every 3 months or so. Now is massage is a life saver for you, then dropping $15 on a ball four times a year isn't the end of the world. But it's frustrating because there's no reason for it -- if they just fully glued the inner core to the foam on all sides, there would be no issue. It would last for years. A smaller nitpick is that the multi-color bands are caused by different densities of foam, so the black circles are softer than the green part. This is advertised as a feature, but it's dumb -- nobody's positioning this along their back anywhere they can *see* it and choose which part of the ball to put pressure against. Plus you're usually rolling along it anyways, so you encounter all parts. The variations in foam density are just pointless. So TriggerPoint, if you're listening, please produce a new ball that is *fully glued* to the core and uses just a single density of foam!

Great size and firmness
It helps relieve my planter fasciitis! The size and firmness is very ideal for foot massage.

Works really well!
This massage ball is great! It’s harder than a tennis ball so it works really well. It rolls out the tension and aches in my feet after walking around all day. I first tried it in a pilates class and got one for myself right away. It’s a bit pricey but if you have foot pain everyday, it’s totally worth it!
