Fantastic--a great book for a long airplane ride
Really terrific book. Lots of short topics and written well. I read the full book from London to NY and loved it.

I expected some obscure and impressive information, but most was not very interesting. A disappointment.

Exactly what it says on the tin
Information about things you may hay wondered about but did not know the answers. Covers a wide range of subjects about a page long so you are not bored but with enough detail and no jargon. Useful little book to have to impress your friends with your knowledge without bragging
