The pre-workout that I received was so old that I was unable to use it. I tried shaking it up and breaking it up with a knife/fork, but it became too messy and did not seem to make much of a difference. Now I am stuck with a new unusable container. I’ve used this brand plenty of times in the past, and I’ve never experienced this issue. The texture of the product makes it seem very, very old.

I've been a user of this, and the Blueberry Lemon flavor for a majority of my purchases. While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink.Mixability:Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven't had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well.Positive/Effects:I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress.Overall, i'd recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

Nearly 8years ago Hyde pre-workout was (IMO) absolutely top tier! Then... they absolutely gutted their formula! Now it's bottom tier and overpriced. Ever since I've been looking for a replacement... After 3 purchases, now Redcon1 Total War is my new go-to!This is a fairly intense formula, with higher than avarage beta-alinine and caffeine content. I get heavy tingles, massive stamina gain, and a very well paced flow of energy for at least a couple hours. Its potent, practical, No bs or cheesy gimmick ingredients."Cali Splash" flavor is pretty flat, but good enough (and still better than most brands). Watermelon was supringly good though! It's always mixed smooth, and hasn't affected my stomach like other brands I've tried. I do useLittle tip... if you're not picky there's always a flavor selling cheaper. Got this 1 for 22$usd for 30servings.

Total war is the best pre-workout I've ever tried. I've used ghost, as well as four or five other brands. This one just makes me feel the most amped without feeling tingles. I noticed a difference in my energy about 20 minutes after drinking this. It's become routine for me to drink this before my CrossFit class. The strawberry mango flavor is my favorite, most flavors have been fine however, Cali lovin was definitely not one of my favorites. I had issues with one of my strawberry mango orders being hard and clumpy, I let the company know and they refunded my money immediately. I ended up taking the powder out of the bag, putting it in a ziploc and crushing it myself back to a powdery consistency. I've had no problems using it like that. I think this is the best pre-workout I've ever had and I definitely recommend it to others.
