Very good product
This is an affordable multivitamin and i have been taking it since past 3 months. Used it during my Covid period as well as my immune system went down due to high fever for 5 consecutive days and recovered well.

To much quantity
Very complete formula but the quantity for the Ingredients is too important Et does not correspond to the physiological needs of the human body. It would be better without manganese which performs oxydation when there is too much in quantity.
