Quake The Claw Rifle/Shotgun Slings Realtree Max-5

The Quake Claw Realtree 5 Sling fit on my Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 - Realtree Max 5 was PERFECT and it looks good too! Where the metal sling swivel connects with the for-end cap - i'm guessing the metal to metal will eventually cause some wear - not sure which part will get the paint worn off of it first - guess i'm hoping its the sling and not the gun. Mostly the knurled part of the knob appears where the main contact will be happening. If anyone has any suggestions to help prevent this wearing off of the paint (especially from the gun) please pass along & share!

I purchased this real tree and mossy camo slings. The front swivel twist locks fine, the back swivel on both does not lock. The twist knob opened fine for installation, but doesn't tighten to a lock...just rotates. The seller offered a return, and I was going to return it until I noticed the exact same defect on the other sling.Easier for me to buy a $5 swivel, but frustrated that for this kind of money I have to fix it. Since it's broken on both, I suspect it's quality control problem with a bad batch of swivels.

Bought this for my sons a300 outlander in max5 and it matched perfectly. Attached easily and quickly, he loves it.

One issue with this sling....the rear swivel does not fit onto Benelli. Franchi or Stoger shoutguns because it opens 1/4 inch instead of 5/16 inches. Had to replace it.
