Very pretty
This looks really pretty on my nightstand. Only con for me is that sometimes it is hard to get my phone to connect. I have to have it in a specific spot facing a certain direction to start charging. Also kind of annoying that you can’t use your phone while its charging and you are laying in bed but that’s not the chargers fault lol would be better like on a desk or kitchen counter maybe

Stopped working
Had the charger a couple of months and it stopped charging anything. Looked nice but is expensive and doesn’t last long.

Great Wireless Charging Pad for Apple product
I'm using this charging pad in conjunction with an Anker 511 Charger (Model# A2637) to charge my iPhoneX and my Apple AirPods Pro (1st Generation) and I like the product. Reading other complaints about this product's finicky placement problem, I did a quick test on whether there was a difference if the power source used with this charging pad. I found out that the power source made an enormous difference in how accurate the placement needed between the pad and the phone to initiate charging. When plugging the cable into my PCs USB port or plugging the cable into the USB port of one of my power strips made the pad extremely sensitive to the phone placement. I settled on plugging the cable into the Anker and eliminated the need for super-accurate placement. My unscientific conclusion was that the charging pad has a need for a certain amount of power to correctly align the QI coils in the iPhone and the charging pad.

Not a great connection with phone.
It's a perfectly pleasing device ASCETICALLY speaking. Functionally speaking, it could be better. The connection is not immediate. I have set my phone down on the charging pad and walked away only to find out that my phone was in the single digital of battery life because it wasn't charging the whole time it was on the pad. Another thing, when it does charge, it's S-L-O-W. I can fast-charge my phone in 38 minutes from 0-100% with my Samsung cord and fast charger box. This charging pad takes over four hours to charge with 30-40% battery remaining! Bottom line: it's for looks, not so much function. Unless of course you have no where to be for several hours. I.e., sleeping with your phone on the charger, which I do not personally recommend doing. Buyer beware.

Looks great on my desk, works, charges kind of slow
I got this for my new desk setup because aesthetics matter to me. It looks really really nice on my desk, charges very easily, and is a simple device to own. Two main downsides to this device are price and the speed at which it charges.Price - I think this was a bit expensive for what it is, and the charger DOES NOT come with a power brick. I read this ahead of time and still bought it because it was the only one I liked looking at. I am not too upset about the charging brick except that it was very difficult to figure out what charging brick to buy to correctly and safely support this charger. I bought one on amazon after researching best I could for like 30 minutes, and still have no clue if what I have is correct for optimal charging speed and product longevity.I am not sure if all wireless devices of this variety and power charge at the same rate, but this was slower than I expected. This is not really a problem for me since I do not use this as my main charger in my house, just as a way to pick up some extra juice when I sit at my desk. I am setting my phone on the desk anyway, so why not grab some charge while I can, right? For what I need this product does fit the bill quite well, but it leaves a lot to be desired regarding the charging brick especially. That to me is just inexcusable oversight in how the product is sold. At least TELL ME what kind of charger to buy. Apologies if it does somewhere and I could not find it after looking for 30mins - in that case, do better and sharing that information.

Barely works with a phone case.
This looks great, but is mediocre at best at charging. I use a thin case, but thought it would be able to handle it(other ones I've used have no problem) If you use a case, beware.

Absolutely recommend
I bought it for my salon. I have an android and most my clients have iPhones. Instead of having all kinds of different charges, this one works great for everyone.

Doesn’t work for iPhone 11 or 12 Pro Max
I plugged this in and tried charging both my iPhone 11 (my work phone) and my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I patiently repositioned each phone in multiple directions and places on their backs, rotating them and moving them to find the right spot. The instructions say that if the indicator light is solid, the item is charging; blinking indicates the presence of a foreign object, and no light means nothing is happening. No matter which phone I tried and what position I put them in, the only thing that happened was the blinking light or no light. I could never get either phone to even start charging. I took the thin cases I use off of both phones and that didn’t change the outcome. I have other wireless chargers in my house that work perfectly, including a fast charging Anker model. I didn’t expect this one would be quite so easy, but I did expect it to work. It doesn’t.Overall this is really disappointing because so many chargers are aesthetically an eyesore and Courant did a good job on the way this looks and feels. I’d love to keep this charger out on a tabletop or nightstand based on its looks alone. But fundamentally it just doesn’t do its lone job—charging phones. I’m returning it.
