This has everything I needed to go on a picnic and also things I didn’t think I’d need like a chopping board and bread knife. Really good set and very happy with the purchase. Plus the bag looks pretty stylish as well and is different to the classic hamper. A little note that the blanket is inside the thermal pouch. I didn’t notice 😂

After I received this product, I am sure that this’s a great equipment for outdoor activities, not only perfect for picnic but also great for his hiking and short trip. First of all, I can tell that this bag is very solid and the quality is lovely nice. It doesn’t has any redundant strings and fabric stuffs hanging around on the beg. Everything looks decent and neat on the surface of the bag. Feeling nice with the outlook, the interior of the bag is even more phenomenal! It is comparted into three space. The first one is on the very front of the bag where it can store small stuffs such as paper towels and kind of stuffs. The second compartment is where all the tableware is kept in. Basically, the bag is designed for a family of four or people of four. So the bag can accommodate all the things for four person. What’s more amazing is all these stuffs are also came with this bag! You don’t have to prepare for extra if you don’t want to. All the tableware includes four pairs of spoons, forks, knives, stainless with plastic handle. Four pairs of plants and cups, safety plastic. Two bottles for carrying condiments. A small cutting board! a spreader for butter. And a multipurpose opener. Isn’t that cool?! That my second point. Move to the third place where the food is being stored! This main space is covered by the thermal insulation material which is capable of keeping the temperature nicely. Also, the bottle holder on the side of the bag is warped by thermal insulation material. So beverage can be also keep in a nice temperature. Finally, it comes with a big picnic sheet that can be stored on the side of the bag. However, there are small things I want to point out that the scrutiny bars tying up the tableware is little bit tight, especially the one which ties the multipurpose opener. Be careful when the opener is taken out or put back. Also, it’s a bag basically for four people, it has not so much space for storing more for serving more people. There you have, the convenience and innovation for family and friends to be more enjoyable to the outdoor world!!

Good product, haven't tried it out yet but everything seems fine and it arrived with all items.

After writing a lengthy review on this product, I was contacted by the company who asked for suggestions as to how to improve their product. In exchange for my suggestions and updated review, they very kindly offered to refund my purchase price and I very happily obliged. I am rating this product with 4 of 5 stars because of the customer service that I have received and the quality of the backpack itself. The quality of the contents inside of the backpack would have received a 1 star review. UPDATED REVIEW: I have used this backpack set twice now and am impressed with the quality of the backpack itself. It was definitely well made and has held up with a significant amount of food in the cooler compartment. Unfortunately, the quality of the items within the backpack were questionable enough to cause me to write my original review. The company apologized for the lack of quality of the plates, glasses, napkins and silverware and apparently will be amending the product detail to state that they are for "single use only", as all four of my plates broke after their first use, the napkins were not able to be washed in a washing machine, and the glasses warped in the dishwasher. While the company states that the quality of the accessories inside of the backpack (they only manufacture the backpack itself) is on par with other picnic sets listed on Amazon, I have to respectfully disagree - many other picnic sets include much higher quality plates, glasses and silverware. The blanket, while small, held up on a grass surface with a mini table that sat on top of it, which was definitely nice. All of the food in the cooler compartment stayed cold and the ice packs inside of the bag did not leak through the stitching. All of that being said, as of my writing of this review, the current price on this set is $59.99. Given the fact that many of the tableware items in the backpack needed to be replaced after one use (plates, glasses and napkins), the price on this set should most definitely be lower as you are primarily paying for a cooler backpack and not much more.
