Yes, I bought it for a large inflatable snowman but it wasnt powerful enough. Probably fine for a 4 foot one.

Q: What in the minium dc volt operating range?

I'm using it at 6v and it is working perfectly for my purpose (Powered air respirator). Below 4.5v it struggles.

Q: Would this work on a Lenovo M720q tiny computer?

I used in an inflatable yard decoration. You would have to measure and check the requirements of your machine.
