I'll start with what I like about these strings. The strings wound in metal reach note stability really really quickly. The tension is just right for me. It has an easy action while not feeling sloppy under the fingers. Also the strings are very nice to play with nails, just gliding. The low E string comes with less wire around the lower part making stringing up easier (see in picture 2) The sound quality it very nice (although the G string isn't my favourite). The lower notes have a nice sizzle to the and nice 'n' sweet on the upper strings. Very balanced sound. Things I'm not so keen on!! Apart from the low E string, these strings are a pain to string up. Like slippery eels! The G string can sound a bit tubby sometimes (although that common with most strings). The upper 3 strings take a while to settle. So if you're playing a concert, string up with plenty of time to break them in. Over all they're great strings. Takes some time to set up but it's worth it in my opinion

I read some review when it was time to change my strings. They were impressive and I decided to give it a shot. WOW! Ok. They impressed me so much!!! While I was restringing my guitar, it already sounded so much better! Even when I play chords it sounds amazing. Buy this, you will not regret it.

I've been a fan of D'Addario for a while, but never tried them out for my classical. I needed a change recently so I bought a pair and have given them time to do their usual nylon thing. The sound is pretty nice! I'm fairly content with the improvement from my usual catgut strings. I expect these will stay pretty bright in tone, and will have the durability to keep it bright until breakage. The strings weren't bad to install, though I must say having only the low E string have the flexible tail was a bummer. I only needed a few hours to get them stretched enough to stay in tune, and so far they've held their tune well. I have to say I'm content in pretty much every aspect, down to the nice black finish on the bare nylons. I think these were well worth the money. Can't record and play at the same time lol plus I kinda suck.

je recherchais un jeu de corde avec un tirant suffisamment fort pour pouvoir jouer d'une part en open tuning de sol (plusieurs cordes sous accordées ) et d'autre part jouer en slide avec un bottleneck. Avec ce jeu de corde j'ai obtenu de bons résultats ;de plus les cordes aiguës permettent une projection supérieure aux cordes en nylon. Je garderais dans le futur ce modèle de corde.
