Q: Why doesn't the set come with cutters to separate the letters?

Hi there, these questions don't go to the seller, rather people who have purchased this product. This is the 2nd board I have purchased from Amazon and neither one of the boards came with cutters. Cutters are a separate purchase and would be in stores such as Michael's or Hobby Lobby as well. I have not seen any boards that come with cutters. Many boards don't even come with letters so I thought it was pretty cool that they included so many letters and cute colored sayings. On a side note I have used scissors as well as side cutters. I prefer the side cutters to clip them very close. This board is awesome and I highly recommend it!

Q: How big are the letters

Q: How many parts are there in the stand? Mine only has 2 and I cannot figure out how to fasten together without a third part.
