This stuff is amazing. I've been taking a teaspoon a day in water for 3 days now and my mood is much improved. It is not very pleasant to consume this way but if that bothers you there are other methods.

Mixes better in HOT liquids. Bitter after taste. Nice bag but the resealable zip top does not want to stay shut.

If you've ever smelled or taken iron supplements that is what this tastes like. Initially it tasted alright but then the dirt metallic taste hits hard.
