Q: Is this item lactose free ?

It has very low amounts, if at all. I have lactose intolerance and I can have this perfectly fine.

Q: I ordered the rich chocolate, even though it says sugar is 0 grams why is it so sweet?

It contains sucralose and stevia Says >1 g Sugars FYI no protein powder taste good without this or real sugar.

Q: Am I able to return this if I do not end up liking it?

Yes, it can be returned, it says "This item is returnable" right under where is says "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com" - I personally really like this protein but I have returned other protein powders I've purchased off Amazon because they were absolutely terrible tasting.

Q: How many CCs is the scooper?

Each serving size is 2 scoops. 2 scoops = 33g
