About how many good washes/uses can you get with these?

Wash the Miracle Nipples in warm soapy water, rinse, and lay on a paper towel to dry. Never use boiling water, bleach, or harsh chemicals. Store Miracle Nipples in a zip-lock bag or other airtight container for longer term storage, as air exposure can degrade the natural latex. If cared for properly, Miracle Nipples can last for years.

Does this come with a syringe also

The reason there are answers of both No and Yes is that prior to April of 2017 Miracle did not include a syringe with their nipples, but now there is a 3cc O-ring syringe included with the mini and the original/regular 2-packs.

Has anyone used these on a canine pup with a cleft palate?

No I haven't used these with a cleft palette, only used mine with tiny kittens and they worked very well. I do not think this will work with a cleft, because it is short and firm. What a cleft needs is a longer softer nipple that will mold across the top of the mouth to help cover the cleft and allow suction to form. I have worked with newborn humans with cleft palette.

Will these work for newborn Pocket Bullies with double cleft palates?

Hi, with cleft palettes you would most likely need to use a feeding tube, it is very difficult to hand feed any animal with a cleft palett using any nipple or bottle. I would recommend that you speak with your vet about this issue and if they do suggest a feeding tube please be sure to have them teach you how to tube feed unless of course you already know how to tube feed.
