All-Purpose Cream Face Moisturizer , 15oz

I love this product. I find it is a heavy-duty cream that moisturizes. It contains beeswax, which I personally believe helps.

I am a self professed make up junkie. I love trying new things, in all price ranges and have tons of products clogging my bathroom cabinets and drawers. I buy new regimes, only to tire of them and consign the products to Makeup/skin care limbo....eventually to be tossed out on the next bathroom clean up. I also travel a bit and prefer to carry on my luggage: that means limited skin care products or TSA confiscates them. I started using Ponds’ cold cream as a makeup remover, cleanser and moisturizer since it came in a little travel size. Worked great for all three purposes. It was also pretty inexpensive. One day I needed to replenish my supply, no time to order from Amazon, so off to the local drugstore I went...no Ponds! So I bought a huge jar of Jergens for $6.00 and filled my small travel sized Ponds jar for my trip. To my surprise, the Jergens was WONDERFUL! And a lot less expensive than Ponds. It’s so economical that I can use it on areas of my body that need a little TLC without breaking the bank. I live in South Florida where humidity is ever present and the oil base did not cause breakouts. I use it to remove my makeup with tissues, followed by a warm, wet washcloth and then apply a small amount as a moisturizer at bed time. In the morning my skin is stil soft and smooth. I splash my face with cool water, pat dry and if needed, put a small amount on the bags under my eyes. I have also lost a great deal of weight over the past year and using Jergens on my neck has kept my neck from turning into a turkey wattle. It also smoothed the skin on my décolletage. At age 65, I continue to amaze my friends when I reveal my age. Grandma knew best!

😊 I have nt used this before and had just about given up on getting any face cream that I could just put on and get on with my life without having to reapply several times. I have dry sensitive skin, inclined to flare ups and rashes for no reason. This cream is Wonderful, it's like putting butter on your face. I've never used a cream that goes as far, which means it'll last for ages. It's fabulous, a real find. I've only bought the basic version but they do a big variety of more specific moisturisers, but this is plenty good enough, I can't recommend this highly enough. 👍👍

Although I'm a bit concerned about the aluminum in the "Magnesium Aluminum Silicate" listed in the ingredients, I have to say that I am very impressed with this face cream. Jergens has a great reputation so I took a chance on it, and I'm so glad I did! Pros: Great texture that smooths onto (and off of) skin very easily without having to be "energetic" about it Works great - cleanses skin gently but effectively Removes easily with tissue/soft paper towel yet provides a fantastic moisture barrier to protect skin (you can feel that it's there at first but it doesn't feel too thick/heavy) Great for dry AND NORMAL skin (I have both and it works great for both) You do NOT have to rinse it off - tissues/soft paper towels work fine Cons: I don't need pink dye in my facial cleanser The aluminum in the "Magnesium Aluminum Silicate" concerns me (but probably shouldn't?) The scent is a bit too "baby-ish/baby-ified" for me as I am a grown woman and not a baby (just a personal preference and it *IS* a very light, soft scent) It's bit thinner than I'd anticipated (but applies beautifully) Glad I tried it!
