After researching online to see how hard it was to replace an iphone 6 screen as well as reviews of different screen replacement options I purchased this screen from SZHSR through Prime. It arrived quickly and was fairly simple to install using the instructions included as well as youtube videos. When I went to power up the phone however it failed to work. I pulled the phone apart again and repeatedly check cable connections but no luck. I then reattached my old screen which did still work (shattered but functional). I then contacted SZHSR and Wendy responded within hours. We went back and forth over the long weekend trying different things and in the end they set me up to do a return. I immediately purchased a second screen which took a couple more days to arrive and this one worked perfectly and the first one has been sent back for a refund. All I can say is that their customer service is great and so is their product (even with simple products you can get defective ones).As to the screen itself, it fits perfectly and looks great. I was also really impressed with the kit that came with it. I have replaced other screens on older iphones, ipods, etc that come with tools etc, but this one was far better and more comprehensive than I have ever seen before. The screwdrivers are magnetized which really helps since the screws are so small and hard to handle, and they even include a magnetized diagram of the phone to put your screws on so that you don't have to try and keep track of where each screw goes.The second screen also came with a screen protector which saved me having to buy another one. Not sure why the first kit didn't have one and the second did, I am assuming that they have updated the kits to include one.Anyway, would definitely buy another kit from them if we break another screen.Note: In the written instructions it mentions connecting the new screen to the phone and powering up to make sure it works. If it doesn't work to contact the vendor. I missed that the first time as I was working from the youtube videos primarily but second time around I did try the screen out first. I would have saved myself some time by learning that the screen was faulty before transferring over all the parts to it.

This is the 3rd time I had to replace a phone screen and the second time for an iPhone. For a kit, this is the best I have used so far.First the cons:The included tool kit is not the best quality. They are complete and functional and will get the job done. They are just not top quality like others. I have 4 sets of iPhone repair kits and this is the most wanting.The included instructions are there but could be a bit more complete. It would've been nice to be directed to a video as well. The instructions did mention a few "watch outs" such as different size screws, but not things like how to get the glue off or the order of the cables. When reinstalling, several of the pieces have slots or pins they need to fit into. No mention of these.Now the Pros:The kit included everything one needs to fix an iPhone screen, including cleaning wipes and a screen protector.The kit is solid. I have never seen packaging done so well. Easy to open and very secure. In fact I am keeping the box to store tools.They include a full size picture in a recessed portion of the box. The screw locations are marked on it and as you remove the screws and various pieces, you can place them on the picture so you know exactly where they go. You won't lose the screws either. Simple, but ingenious.The screen worked absolutely perfectly. The cables were exactly the right length and in the right spot. I purchased another no-name replacement before and the cable was backwards!I'd suggest buying this kit and popping up a YouTube video as you do the replacement. It should go along very smoothly and the final product should work just fine. I am totally happy with this purchase.

I was not sure that everything was going to work when I got it back together. The parts are of excellent quality. The instructions that come with it do not coincide step by step with the YouTube video. QR Code for video included in pkg. The video is easier to follow than the instructions until it's time to put it back together and then it's too quick. I had to back up the video to the sequence in which I took things off to be clear on putting it back together and it's pretty much goes back the way it looks like it should with a little guess work. The 6 screws on the side of the metal were really stuck and I finally took it to a friend that does computer repair to get those out but that was all that he did. Everything went together and imagine my shock when the phone worked! The only thing is, I must have gotten something a little wrong because my finger print ID does not work now, but that's fine. I've replaced computer screens in the past but this is the first phone screen so I was a little anxious. I would purchase again (the second time would probably be alittle less stressful) and I recommend this kit to anyone needing to replace their iPhone 6 screen and digitizer.
