I was a little skeptical at first because the price was so low compared to others but my order arrived early and once I got the hang of it, it works perfectly. I've had no problems and this makes, making rugs 100x easier and efficient. I would most definitely recommend to anyone. The only downside is that this didn't come with any instructions.

The media could not be loaded. I dislike the product because I ordered twice and both times my items were defective, I’ve missed my date to return because I was trying to get help through other sources and literally nobody knows how to help me I’ve took clases on tufting and this hasn’t happen to me before until I decided to buy my own tufting gun, I highly recommend testing the products before sending them out because this is an expensive investment and now I have mine sitting in a closet because I don’t know what to do with it ! I’ve spent months paying people to literally help me figure it out and nobody seems to know the problem it’s been the exact same since I got it !

Product arrived with broken handle and the gun was not set up properly. The motor wasn’t contacting the gear at all and just about everything else was misaligned as well. After finally managing to get it to work after hours of researching, the scissors dulled before finishing my first rug. Stay away and spend the extra $50-$100 to get something that will actually work

The first one I bought didn’t work at all and so I got a replacement. I got to make 4 small rugs with the new gun but it needed multiple screws replaced and started falling apart. Now the strike plate for scissors broke. Had to stop every time I tried to use to tighten the screws.

This gun type every piece of tried to work on. The lowest setting is still insanely fast and destroyed every fabric I tried it on

This is a great gun for about a week. After the gun begins to show wear. My power cord quickly ripped and the scissors did not cut properly.

The product gets the job done. It is able to create rugs and the quality of the tufting gun is amazing.I’m comparing it to the tufting gun I currently have and it seems to be a lot more durable and accurate.
