I highly recommend this calming moisture barrier cream for ppl with or without skin irritation.
I bought the Pyunkang Yul PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Vegan Korean Skincare Cream after I burned my skin using too high of a concentration of Retinol on my face and neck. This cream actually did calm my skin almost immediately and stopped the itching and burning and got me through until my skin healed. I still use it in rotation with my other face cream because it is just so light and creamy and does not leave my face feeling overly oily. I did not take any before and after pics because all they would really show is a freshly washed and moisturized face, not a transformation or anything. I bought the 1.69 FL. Oz, 50ml size and since it is so light-weight, I’m still only a quarter way into the bottle after 2 months. This is not really wrinkle-reducing or anything like that ... just a creamy, soothing, super light-weight cream that greatly reduces skin irritation quickly. I highly recommend Pyunkang Yul PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Cream for anyone with or without skin irritation.

amazing. but not for price.
creams are very expensive for what they are most of the time. if this was $10 all the time like when i bought it on sale, id get it and make it last. its a beautiful velvety cream. not too heavy not too light. little goes a long way. no smell. just very faint natural scent... i already used a jar in about a month or so. for me it was very hydrating and clean feeling. no sticky or tacky feel. use under or over an oil. its awsome. but nearly $20 its wise to look into a cheaper brand... :(. if u have the money absolutely buy it...! but i feel that its just a regular (CLEAN BRAND) cream. just cause im broke doesnt mean there is anything wrong with it!

Good, Light Moisturizer
It's a great, lighter moisturizer! Personally it wasn't enough hydration for my skin in the winter, but great for summer! It's very silky smooth and seems non-comedogenic, so really great for sensitive skin or those with acne prone skin! Feels very clean and non-irritating, one of the only brands that works with my skin!

Great for using with tretinoin
The barrier balm is great. Its incredibly moisturizing for being a gel texture even for my dry skin. It doesn’t leave you super shiny or greasy which is nice. I use it as my first moisturizer on tretinoin nights (sandwich method). I haven’t had much peeling or any irritation since starting tretinoin and I think its because of this moisturizer. I do wish it came in a bigger container though, but its fairly cheap so thats not a big issue.

Great lightweight moisturizer!
Super light & airy texture, and spreads like a dream! I have very sensitive, dry/combo skin that is prone to inflammation and clogged pores. I usually break out whenever I try something new, but this is one of the few products that didn't cause any adverse reaction. My cheeks didn't flare up either, which is more than I can say for most of the moisturizers I've tried in the past. Although the texture is really light (reminds me of a water cream), it's still moisturizing enough for my skin that I don't feel like I need to reapply during the spring/summer months (though I'll probably need something more substantial when it eventually gets colder). I will say that I do wish it came in a larger size; my first jar lasted about two and a half months with daily use, while my current jar will probably last me about 3 months. It's so inexpensive though compared to my previous moisturizers so I don't mind it that much. For those on the fence between this and the repair balm, I purchased both because I loved the barrier cream so much and found that the balm is much thicker and probably more suited to those with dry/very dry skin. It also has more of a matte finish which makes my skin appear almost dull compared to the subtle dewiness of this barrier cream (while the dewiness does eventually fade to a natural finish, almost like I didn't put anything on, the repair balm makes my skin look visibly matte). While the repair balm feels too heavy for me, it didn't make me break out or cause any inflammation (and I did like layering it over the barrier cream during the winter when I needed a bit more moisture in my drier spots). Another thing to note is that the repair balm jar is much smaller than the barrier cream (probably about half the size) but because I need so little of it due to the thicker texture, I think it would probably last me about the same amount of time with daily use (maybe about three months, twice that if I only used a bit of it where needed). Overall I think they're both really good moisturizers, especially for the price, but I much prefer the texture, dewiness, and lightweight nature of the barrier cream. Hope this helps! (also my previous review was deleted for some reason so I'm writing this again lol hopefully it stays up this time). Update (2/13/2024): Just wanted to do a quick update. I temporarily stopped using this cream back in October last year because I needed something a little heavier for the dry weather. I switched to the nourishing cream from this same brand, and it's been perfect. It's thicker than the barrier cream but not nearly as heavy as the repair balm. The texture is creamier than the repair balm and has a very natural finish. It definitely feels heavier than the barrier cream but it's still lightweight and keeps my skin moisturized until I wash it off (maybe avoid the nourishing cream if you have quite oily skin though). No irritation whatsoever either. I will be going back to the barrier cream once the weather starts warming up though (still in love with the airy, cloud-like texture).

Calms and Soothes Sensitive Skin Instantly
This cream is amazing! My husband absolutely loves it. It feels light yet deeply moisturizing, and it instantly calms his skin without any irritation. He has seborrheic dermatitis, and this is one of the few products that doesn’t aggravate it. He is extremely picky about what skincare he uses and will not use anything with a lot of fragrance, “heavy” or “greasy”. It absorbs quickly, leaves no greasy residue, and makes his skin look and feel healthier. We’ve already repurchased it because it’s that good. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive or reactive skin.

Sensitive skin approved!
It bothers me when I'm asked to edit an HONEST review. How's it that an HONEST review goes against Amazon's community guidelines? Anyway, I thought I should make a 2nd attempt at my review on this product. Pros: ▪︎ It is suitable for sensitive skin. My skin is very sensitive. Using this product has not irritated or harm my skin in anyway. 👏🏾 ▪︎ It is hydrating and lightweight. ▪︎ No strong fragrance or unpleasant smell ▪︎ You don't need to apply much of it Cons: ▪︎ After using it for about 2 months, I am yet to notice any changes to the way my skin looks or feels. ▪︎ Compared to my go-to moisturiser (name withheld because they won't post my review), this product is not as rich in texture. All in all, I think it's a decent product for the price. I doubt it's what my melanin skin needs as it didn't do anything for my skin.
