Q: Other than the 60 pages, does anything else come with the notebook (dividers, task pads, etc.)?

No just the 60 pages and a few introductory pages.

Q: How many pages can the notebook realistically hold? The .75" discs are supposed to hold 150 pages but not sure with the leather cover.

50-60 pages is what you can expect to fit depending on paper weight. The covers are pretty thick, but really nice quality if you are looking for a rigid cover you can write on without a table. Expect to have to buy larger size discs.

Q: Can i use standard printer paper and the tul hole punch instead of purchasing tul paper?

Yes I use copy paper or standard or no holes lined paper

Q: Is the leather notebook significantly heavier than a regular notebook? (saw similar product at Staples and it was significantly heavier)

There is definitely some heft to it, but the posted weight is an accurate representation of the actual product.
