Good fit and finish; the rubber pad is a good match for the stock pattern. I installed this extended pedal on my 2017 F3T in about 20 minutes. Basically, remove the stock pedal and bolt this one on. A little threadlocker is a good idea. The wider pedal allows me to apply the brake without having to turn my foot inwards to reach the stock pedal. With the stock F3T rider pegs, the pedal is just below the level of my boot sole and is just a matter of rotating my toes forward to brake. I would be cautious about using this pedal with floorboards as it would be possible to catch your foot beneath it and cause a delay in braking.

Exactly what we needed

First, this is a high quality product...strong and excellent in appearance. Install is quite easy. An extension on the socket was easier...remove and save the 2 existing bolts. When you install the new brake pedal make sure you use Locktite Blue on the bolt threads. Get good and tight. Looks good on the Spyder and works very well. Those that have the brake away/lowering foot plate....it WILL still allow the foot rest plate to lower in hard braking. I would highly recommend this product.

Fit perfectly, Great quality. I bought a similar one from another brand that was supposed to fit my 17 Spyder but mounting holes were off. This one was perfect !

Can Am Spyder F3 T Extended Foot Brake Pedal was every thing I expected to be . . . I am feeling more confident in the safety of my riding experience.

I've missed the smaller break pad on a Can Am F3. This larger break pad is about twice as large and a lot easier to fine when you really need to. Especially since the F3s don't have hand breaks, just that original small pad, that in an emergency you are betting your life on

For a novice the larger pedal is great. Easy to swap with right tools.
