These are the best beginning books for new instrument learners. My kids have learned the flute, trumpet, trombone and alto sax with these books. They have just the right amount of music theory for the beginning musician without bogging them down. They teach fingerings and basic music! Fantastic books!

Layout is good. Simple and easy to follow.

It really helps my child get better. It teaches him new notes and it is harder as the book goes on.

Perfect for a beginner grandson's first book!

The Good: Book was delivered immediately, so my son could take his new trumpet to school and have the correct starters book. The quality was actually much better than I expected. I have seen his book, and it is better than the softcover ones of kids in his class who bought directly from the school. The Bad: My son now practices the trumpet ;) The Ugly: When you buy someone a trumpet, and a book on how to play, you get what you deserve.
