BRITA is for just an additional safety.
This product filters many unwanted things. I have been using this for several years as the water is basically good here in Abu Dhabi. Nothing against it.

Ok, but doesn't fit snugly onto Water filter attachment.. Water leaks around the filter. Attachment to faucet is perfect (no leaks there)
