If you're looking for a mini TRS to MIDI cable and your device is recent, then it almost certainly uses MIDI Type A This cable is a mini audio jack (TRS 3.5 mm) to the standard 5 Pins DIN Female - Type A. This works with my Novation Mini and other synthesizers that use the mini audio for the MIDI output. I learned about the Type A because a few days earlier I had ordered the Poyiccot 5 pin DIN Female to 3.5mm Male Connector Jack Plug Wire Cord for MIDI Keyboard from amazon and it did not work. ($8) This ExcelValley cable did the job, though costing $14.99.
