If you have heel spur, THIS IS THE SOLUTION. Wear them every day, I bought a couple of pairs to have them in different shoes. It does alleviate the pain and gives you. Does not alter the shoe size. Great buy!

I have been using Viscola Heel Spur cushions for more than twenty years, when they were prescribed by a podiatrist for extreme heel pain. The heel pain disappeared after a few days of use, and has never returned. I would recommend these heel cushionsto anyone who suffers from heel spurs.

Lots of cushion for heal, but the adhesive doesn't keep the cushion in place.

Not as pictured. These are gel inserts with a thin felt on one side held by the same adhesive that is on the other side to stick to your shoe. Adhesive is not strong, felt is lifting off after first week of using.

These Soft Pointa Viscolas Heel Spur Cushions are wonderful in how they alleviate the pressure on painful heel spurs, better than regular foam cushion without the space for the heel spur. Thank you for providing them for purchase.

I first found these cushions in a small pharmacy in Anacortes WA, but was unable to find more when I wanted to put them in another pair of shoes. A friend who lived in Anacortes asked the druggist about getting another pair and he was able to do that. Since then I have put some in each of my shoes and they enable to walk more comfortably.

It took a week of using it for my heel pain to stop. The only improvement would be a stronger adhesive to sttsvh it to the shoe. It now moves after a month of use. But it still is better than anything I have tried.

Love these, really helped my heel pain, heel spur, and other foot issues. Love that they are removable. Will probably order more....love love
