Reviewing after using few months. Output is most satisfied in build pre-amps is just awesome. Stand best in every aspects on my requirements.

After trying this device for 2 weeks, I am now convinced that this unit is unbeatable in it's price range. The much hyped mic preamps are GOLD. I put some excellent condenser microphones through them and these preamps give such a clear sound on every mic. they amplify small high frequency details in acoustic guitars and almost no noise even when pushed to max. The drivers released in 2024 seem to address all the latency problems people complained about earlier. I have a 2 year old i7 11700F desktop with 16 gb ram and SSD. this audio interface runs 96k@64 samples without any audio breakups in ableton. however, true latency is definitely bit higher. I compared with my RME babyface pro which runs 96k@192 samples and it actually feels faster than the audient. U can really sense it when playing electric guitar at 150-200 bpm . But RME is 3x the price ! So no complaints ! Finally, the JFET input : yes, it makes a difference when using amp plugins. if your guitar has a somewhat boring or sterile sound(PRS guitars?) , the JFET adds some spice by fattening the sound and adding some harmonics. Sounds interesting on cleans and mild overdrives, not that good for high gain amps ( u can just choose the non-JFET line input for it). Add the fact that this unit has outputs for 2 sets of monitors ( and output stage sounds professional), 2 headphone outs and even includes talkback functions. Seriously, what more do u want at this price point ? IF u have a USB-C , then go for it.

Quality .... Wow A good audio recording interface is the Id4. I tried it, now you can try it too, and you'll get good results. It's even better for home studios.

The pre amps on this are equivalent to high end interfaces and for anyone on a budget this will take your recordings to the next level. i purchased an sm57 mic and the combination of these two is just fabulous. brings so much depth. it's very strong and sturdy. best investment for solo artists or bedroom producers. you can carry it anywhere because it's so handy.

5 star for sound quality and preamp. Very good audio interface for solo artists. Only one thing I missed is separate volume knob for headphones.

Exelente interface para subir de cálidad.vengo de una minifuse 2 de arturia y la subida de calidad es muy notable.

Dans cette gamme de prix aucune carte son n'est parfaite, c'est une histoire de compromis. Certaines auront des fonctions que les autres n'auront pas...etc. Ce qui manque à celle là est un interrupteur on off, les entrées midi, le control de niveau d'entrée car on a que le control de la sortie... Par contre elle propose 2 entrées casque ce qui est pour moi super utile pour pouvoir enregistrer un autre musicien, chanteuse.. et que chacun ait son casque. Le niveau de sortie des casque est fort même avec mon DT 990 pro 250 ohm. Elle possède aussi l'entrée optical qui permet si besoin d'ajouter 8 entrées instruments! Et puis de mon coté j'avais impérativement besoin de 4 sorties pour mes 2 paires d'enceintes. Coté son j'avais une scarlett 4i4 3emeG qui elle aussi faisait le job mais je trouve la audient plus transparente et sans doute plus brillante. La définition du son est bonne et le logiciel qui l'accompagne est vraiment bien foutu. Toute les cartes à ce prix permettent d'obtenir un résultat plus que correcte, c'est juste une question de goût et j'aime le résultat rendue par la audient. J'ai aussi testé la 4i4 4eme G qui est bien aussi et qui propose certains réglages de distorsions et embellissement du son que la audient n'a pas. mais franchement avec tous les plugins à disposition c'est pas un problème. Coté plugins offerts avec la carte il y a quelques trucs intéressants même si ils sont un peu dépassés. Mais j'avais déjà ceux qui accompagnent la nelle scarlett car ce sont les même que ceux de la 3eme G alors ça a aussi joué dans mon choix. Bref j'ai finalement gardé la audient et je suis satisfait du résultat et de son rapport qualité prix.
