Ok but for the money
Have to put EZpass in holder upside down to fit. Doesn’t have rain nor snow protection for the EZPASS device. Just open to the elements.

Looks great, doesn't work.
I bought this to replace the older-style JJ Cycle Pass that's for the larger EZ Pass transponders. While this new one looks great (smaller footprint is very nice), it's not working for me. The caveat here is that I'm not sure if it's an issue with my transponder. So with the old EZ Pass mount, the older, larger transponder is mounted upside-down...the printed EZ Pass info (like your account number and other text) are facing down, and the backside of the transponder is facing up. I had the newer, smaller EZ Pass (which also has an "M" on the back of it) velcro'd into it, with the EZ Pass info facing up and the backside of the transponder with the "M" facing down. I had zero issues with it, save for the couple of times I went through a 15mph toll booth a little too fast.I installed this newer JJ Cycle Pass on the same side-view mirror stem in the manner in which it's supposed to be mounted: the part that holds the transponder is facing up, and when you put the transponder into it, the "M" side is facing up, and the side with the EZ Pass info is facing down. I went through four tolls yesterday and every time, I got: "TAG NOT READ".So I called EZ Pass customer service and told them this. I also asked which way the "M" is supposed to be facing, because according to the internet (I know, I know...), it shouldn't matter which way the transponder is facing because transponders work in a manner that its orientation doesn't matter. Anyway, she told me that the "M" should be facing down, and the side with the EZ Pass info should be facing up (the exact opposite of how I have this JJ Cycle Pass installed, which is also counter-intuitive to how one would think it gets installed). If you look at the JJ Cycle Pass website (I took a screenshot and attached it), at least in their photo of the smaller transponder in a car, the new-style transponder has the "M" facing up and the EZ Pass info facing down.Anyway, I figured I'd rotate the holder so that the "M" is facing down and Info side facing up (see other attached photo), like EZ Pass customer service told me. I went through two tolls today, and I get the same error: "TAG NOT READ". I'm not sure if it's my transponder or if it's something in the JJ Cycle Pass mount itself (I have a hard time thinking that it's the latter), but I will more than likely end up editing this review in the near future.
