Work perfectly. Take at night time and they're gentle enough so as not to disturb your sleep and bring about perfect results as expected by the morning. Not too big and easy to swallow /digest. Good price too.

Be careful! These do work
I’ve had bowel issues since I was 14 (now 32) and it only goes one of two ways. It either comes out too fast or not at all. This was a time where it’s not at all. I was constipated for nearly 3 weeks and the pain was out of this world, so I took more than was recommended (don’t do that) I originally lost all hope, because a full day had passed with no changes. Then it hits me when I’m half way through my shift! On a freezing cold night, I’m sweating like a pig as I’m trying to hold in what can only be described as half my body weight. I hadn’t experienced that level of panic in a long time as I sprinted down 10 flights of stairs to run to the bathroom, further increasing the sweating, panic, and enormous pressure I felt as I had to get this demon out of me. I made it to the bathroom, but I had to turn off my radio as I couldn’t maintain contact at that time. Our bathroom breaks are timed so it wasn’t a good look for me. I spent the rest of the shift just waiting by the bathroom, because that same gut burning, sickening feeling just kept hitting me for hours. Gets to the next day and I had to fart in my car, so I held myself off the seat to let rip, and let’s just say that’s the worst decision I ever made. Giving 5 stars because even though my bowels pretty much fell out of me, it did clear them out. Only take what is recommended
