Q: Does it record all tracks simultaneously? can i open all tracks in my daw?

This board does not connect to any DAW. If I could return it, I would. It's a waste of money. Basically a big PA board.

Q: I assume this is only able to record two discrete channels over the usb interface, and can not record 16 discrete tracks into a daw, right?

This board does not connect to DAW. It's just a PA board with a USB input port.

Crap

I wish I could give this product a -5 stars. It does not control my DAW. It does not connect to my computer, and if it does, it didn't have a purpose. No customer support. No instructions. Website crap. Couldn't even find information on YouTube about this mixer. To put icing on the cake. They don't want it back. Claims it's non returnable because it "contains liquids or flamable". I lost $269 on this crap.
