Have used this brand for many yrs. Sinus and allergy issues my whole life, I'm 74.If you have ulcers or stomach issues, be careful and in use moderation. Eat and or take an antacid before.Because it has Advil, ibuprofen in itNot everyone can use.

Good product.
The product works great.But Amazon delivery, not so much. Paid an extra $2.99 for over night delivery and it wasn't delivered. Coming the next day instead? Which would have been free anyway. I want my added delivery fee returned!!
