The bottle is huge for something then can literally be packed in something the size of the cap itself. Wasteful asfBut I'm still taking these so I'll update when I get my blood work done on my next digit visit which should be on less than 28 days

These are one of my favorite vitamins to take because you can chew them and they taste terrific. I read as you age you need more B vitamins so since I am 44 now I want to make sure I am getting my B vitamins. I take one a day since they are 5000 mcg's. I have enough energy throughout the day to accomplish my tasks so I never try to miss taking my vitamins. Puritan's Pride is a leader in the vitamin industry and I never had any issues with their products.

I really like these vitamins. I am currently on b12 injections and I also need to take the sublingual to help get my levels up, and these are doing the job. Other vitamins I have taken in the past will completly disolve under your tounge, but these do not. This was a little different but the taste is great and I like the way they are working for me.

Unfortunately, it appears Puritan Pride has changed the “recipe” or way of manufacturing, for their Methylcobalamin B-12 5000mcg microlozenges.These new ones don’t have as much cherry juice in them. It’s fairly white with red specks. The original was reddish, tasted good, stood up to shipping, but dissolved in your mouth without chewing. No after taste.These are much harder then the original “recipe” I’ve bought for years. You could use these for BBs.No cherry taste. Left a chemical taste in my mouth for at least 1/2hr.Worst of all, they caused a severe allergic reaction. The original never did that.I can’t in good faith recommend these to anyone.

Have been taking these for several months now and I love the fact they have worked better for me than the meds the doctor had me on. Taste great!

My husband has started taking this because he has been feeling weak and tired. He felt a difference right away. He has more strength and feels more like doing things. I usually have to prod him to take any vitamins, but this he asks for.
