Excellent Skillet
This is an excellent fry skillet. Used it to make pancakes and it performed better than expected. Heat distribution was great which made for perfect pancakes, and it cleaned very easily with just hot water and a little soap on a sponge. Just following the directions on the sticker for use an care will help this skillet to last for a long time. But it was an ordeal trying to get it.After ordering it and a few days later receiving notification that it was delivered, went to the door and it wasn't there. After waiting 24 hours based on instructions from Amazon, it still didn't show up. So asked and was granted a refund while putting in an order again for the skillet. A few days later, it showed up (this time) at the door but upon unpacking it was found to be smashed on one side. So contacted Amazon, ordered a replacement, and then returned the damaged skillet via Amazon returns with Kohl's. The replacement was delivered to our door the other day in good condition and as stated above, performed admirably, hence the 5-star rating which also covers Amazon's customer service. As for the shipping debacle...which was on the postal service...3 stars.

Cook and clean with ease.
One of the best non-stick pans I’ve ever owned. Great for cooking and easy to clean.

Really Nice Pan!!!
Just got it. Since I have been very careful to follow the directions, it’s great. I put eggs in it for scrambled eggs and walked away to get a wooden spoon to mix them up. I almost had a gigantic crepe. So easy to clean.

Be careful about not allowing anything to seriously burn in this product.
Beautiful frying pan, solidly built, great feel and balance. Love the cream nonstick finish. But here's a warning -- I accidently let food burn in it and the surface didn't recover. I was able to get off all caked on charred material, but it the surface did get lightly stained that I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried and with every conceivable cleaning product. The pan is still usable, but the non-stick properties have diminished considerably. And hey, this is NOT anything negative about the product -- I LOVE it and you may find my 5 star review about it that I posted when I first bought it...this is totally my fault. This is just a heads-up: WATCH THE POT as they say. Don't go wandering off and get engrossed in something on the computer while you've got something cooking on the stove, because, as I learned the hard way, cooking can quickly turn into burning if you are not watchful, and that can damage a perfectly beautiful frying pan.

Quality
This seems to be a durable skillet . I used it for eggs. The eggs slid right off the skillet without any oil used! Seemed to cook the eggs evenly. The handle does not get hot while your cooking.

Very disappointing performance
I can't imagine why this pan gets such positive reviews. The first time I used it, it worked fine. Pancakes came out easily and pan wiped clean with a soft scrubbing pad. Great! Enthusiastic, I decided to cook some falafel patties.I had carefully read Greenpan's instructions to use a little oil with a high smoke point. I used avocado. Then I let the pan sit on medium heat for about five minutes while I formed my patties. To my great dismay, the pan had developed black speckles (see picture 1).No problem, I thought, I'll just wipe it out with a paper towel. Well that wasn't happening. So I put a little dish soap in the pan and scrubbed it with my "non-stick" scrubby. I scrubbed for ten minutes. No improvement. So I followed Greenpan's instructions to fill the pan half way with water and a squirt of dish soap and put it on the stove to boil on low heat. After the water came up to boiling, I turned off the heat and left the pan to cool. Then I tried scrubbing again. With much effort, I finally got the speckles out of the pan.Thinking this must have been my fault for pre-heating too long, I returned to cooking the falafel patties. Again, I used a little avocado oil and medium heat. As you can see from the second picture, the pan began to form a yellow coating as the patties cooked. The last picture shows the pan after scrubbing again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I had planned on reducing my oil use to cut some calories. But my cast iron pans have never required this level of effort to clean, and I have found that I can minimize my oil use in the cast iron by spritzing the pan with a mist after adding a half teaspoon of oil.Unfortunately, to add insult to injury, I invested in $40 of non-stick utensils. The pan is going back of course, together with the utensils I didn't open. If you're still inspired to buy the pan after reading this review, at least do yourself a favor and wait before buying any special utensils.

Love this frying pan!
I’m loving this pan! My old frying pan had lost all of its nonstick and it was driving me crazy that I had to scrape everything off. I was looking for a pan without chemicals and I think I made a great choice.I am not disappointed!
