I’ve been using Electrolyte Complex High Strength Tablets during fasting, and they’ve made a big difference. They help me stay energized while ensuring I absorb essential minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium from water. The tablets are easy to take and prevent the fatigue I often felt before. Got these as water balance and they contain magnesium. I like this product but wish tablets were smaller. Take 2 a day but have to snap tablets in half and not the easiest to swallow

Ok ok hear me out, I know there are obviously fabulous benefits from taking electrolytes. I’ve found these useful during water fasts and general supplementation if I’m feeling a little bleurgh. But these are SO good when you wake up after a heavy sesh, paralyzed with the fear and a lingering taste of last night’s kebab. Pop two of these in the morning and I’m as right as rain after a wee while. They’re quite big; which is my only slight critic, so if you find it hard to swallow big pills you may want to cut them in half. So good though and worth the price

I was getting that odd headachey nausea feeling a couple of hours after a run or a gym session, particularly after perspiring heavily. Electrolytes sorted this really well - these tablets are great. If you can remember, take one in advance but if not then take after exercise - they really do the trick. Great for a hangover as well ... :)
