These are great little speakers that we set up in our living room. The sound separation is very good. My husband is much more of an audiophile than me, and loves them. Glad we made the purchase.

Speaker set up is super easy. Speakers are small enough to be discreet but with the ability to turn up the volume they can actually be louder than the soundbar if you want. My speakers are about 15 feet behind my couch so I turned up the volume to level 4 out of 8 max and they are doing their job well. There is an option to have All Stereo mode which will give you stereo sound out of the rear speakers even for sources that are not surround sound. I really like the speakers for sports. For a hockey game the rear speakers play only the stadium sound which gives an awesome effect, the action on the ice comes to life, you can hear players talking and skates cutting the ice really well. If you want the announcers to also play from the rear speakers you can do All Stereo as mentioned above. Sound with movies is much improved and noticeably more immersive. It's nice to buy something and feel like you get your money's worth. Well done Polka Polka.

Sound quality is great, even at high volume. Extremely easy setup with the Magnifi mini AX as stated. Small, compact but robust sound. Works very well. It's hard to believe it goes so loud for the size. Great Job Polk audio! I read some reviews that put this set down. I believe they didn't read enough of the description to know it wasn't compatible with all systems, their fault, not Polk audio. Definitely would buy again. They seem expensive until you get it setup, then you go, "GREAT"

Added these to the polk react soundbar. It may be my tv, a samsung 4k qled series, but the rear surround is very subtle, not loud. I have them turned up all the way and at low volumes (main soundbar) they are barely noticeable. Turn the main volume and these go down too. Any rear volume lower than maximum is not w to enhance the sound. Also, when there is no dolby, there is zero sound from the rear speakers. When playing music from amazon, the rear speakers are quiet..this seems to match the do documentation. When watching a dolby movie at a mid volume or louder, they do provide a nice fill in and add to the sound effects. I find the polk react w sub woofer and these surround speakers provide a good option for great sound in a small to medium size room with easy wireless setup and a minimal footprint.

While I really love the Polk React Soundbar, the surround speakers are disappointing. I have to set the volume to max to even hear them. And even more disappointing, I hear nothing from them when watching TV. Unlike my old Pioneer receiver and speakers which had great surround sound on TV, the Polk surround speakers are silent. They do work well with Netflix and movies, and they are really great when listening to music. If I had it to do again, I would buy the Soundbar and skip the surround speakers. I am hopeful Polk will fix this in a software update. And in case you wonder, I have tinkered with all the settings on my TV, and I am aware that you get the most sound from the surround speakers by turning down the "voice" volume setting and turning up the main volume.

I’ve read some of the reviews posted before I decided to purchase these surround sound speakers. It took all of 10 minutes to install and pair them up. Should have purchased these a long time ago. What a difference it’s made to my sound. The whole room has amazing sound and crystal clear. I have seen that they were returned often. Be forewarned to make sure they are compatible to your Polk soundbar. Place the speakers where you want them. Plug them in and push the connection button in the back of each speaker, then push the button on the back of your soundbar. In a few minutes you’ll be hearing great sound. Hope this helps making your decision much easier. I would highly recommend these surround speakers for your home theater

I got these for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift a year ago because he wanted a Sonos surround sound but those are pricey. We have a Polk soundbar that sounds great and I surprised him with these figuring the sounds bar sounds great these will too plus give the surround sound. They do and they don’t. I like that they hook up to the soundbar wirelessly so I don’t have cords running all over my home and I like that they small enough to mount on the wall or sit on stands behind the couch. The sound quality is….ok, but the volume is very low with no way to control it. The Polk soundbars remote has a voice volume button on it that makes the volume of the voices louder on both the bar and speakers, but doesn’t make much of a difference. Some movies/shows the sound is louder, while others I can’t even tell the speakers are on without putting my ear next to it. Maybe in a bedroom or very small living room they might be alittle louder. The other issue is the plug cord is very short but not that big of a deal. If Polk made these like actual surround sound speakers and the volume could be higher I think they would be good. For the price the sound quality and level should be way better.

Heavy little speakers mounted them beside my couch and head level on each end excellent surround sound still kind of freaks me out I look behind me every once in awhile while watching a movie as I forget they're there and if you put on sports mode on the remote and play music and give you excellent backup sound little pricey but think they're worth it they're very well built first pair I ordered one wouldn't connect so I have to send it back for refund as usual Amazon had no problems receiving it and I ordered a different one and connected no problems . Good sound little pricey but I think they're worth it cuz they're well-built

Combined with my React soundbar and subwoofer, these absolutely blew my mind. 5.1 surround sound is rich with detail and adds so much to the experience. It kind of feels like you're in the action as cheesy as that sounds. It adds a lot to shows and movies that support it.

These little speakers punch way above their weight. Pair ’em with your Polk React bar and sub, and suddenly your room isn’t just a room — it’s a bloody arena. Do it all at once — bar, sub, these speakers — or you’re wasting time. Crank the volume from the remote, and the surround hits proper. Works best in normal to small setups, but man, it transforms the experience. Worth the hassle, though Polk’s pricing could’ve been less of a kick in the teeth.
