I love this product. It is so tasty, kind of like a sweet-tart, and has a beautiful bight orange color. One spray is a serving which I find to be a great value considering the amazing ingredients. I use it for neurological health and energy - the energy aspect can be felt right away. Great product overall, taken alongside other supplements so I can't say for sure if it was solely responsible for uptick in energy, but it had great flavor, easy to take and well above the recommended daily dose. My doctor suggested that I try to increase B12 well above recommended range in order to feel better.
