I was looking to replace a similar pan that just wore out from overuse. This pan was a good value and cooks like a dream. Nothing sticks, it’s easy to clean, and is big enough to cook a one pan meal for the family. I’ve used it at least a dozen times since I got it and it still looks like it just came out of the box. I would definitely buy it again.

I had sworn off all non-stick pans and hadn't used one for maybe 20 years.Gave in when I started cooking a lot more fish (notorious for sticking to pans).After watching some reviews and doing some digging, I bought my first Granitestone about four months ago, and it worked perfectly. I actually started cooking pancakes, grilled cheese and other quick foods in it instead of my stainless steel pans. It had picked up a few blemishes from contact with spoons and forks in the sink, but it was still working fantastically.Until my 14-year-old fried an egg using my steel spatula.Well, these pans aren't as scratch-resistant as they might claim, but to be fair, he was dragging the tip back and forth for about 2 minutes before I realized what was going on.There were 2 long black scratches in the green coating after I washed it, and although they say no PFAS or PTFEs, I still get nervous.So, Pan #2 it is.Like #1 this one came in great condition, I've included a pic before it's been washed or anything.I would definitely recommend it if you want to try out a non-stick pan that is reasonably priced.If this one lasts, I may look into their higher-end sets.

I am a huge fan of Granitestone and this 12" skillet is great! It takes a lot of abuse but you would never know it. If you're in the market for a really good skillet at a reasonable price, you should give Granitestone a try.

It's time to replace my old 12" pan with another 12" pan. Only, this new pan doesn't quite have the same flat surface area as my old one. People buy bigger pans to be able to fit more in them. But this pan won't allow that because the flat area inside the pan is only 9". The walls of the pan curve up and out to give that 12" diameter, but you only get 9" of cooking area. It's kind of a ripoff.

Which, reading the headline above, brings you your best value by far. Granitestone pans are workhorses in my kitchen. I wore out my last such pan after three years of almost daily use but even it refuses to die.This latest pan just received cannot be topped in my not so humble opinion. It has the rock solid surface, heft & feel of high quality , slick coating and solidly built oven safe status.You can’t do better for the money.

Waited a few months prior to scribbling out some hasty words so I cvould give a more accurate overall review in every aspect of this 12" pan. Thru the years I've used the pricey and the cheap of many different brands - none (that's a big zero) have ever made it beyond 2 years of more than the once a week usage. AND so far after I'd say 50 uses this ones hanging there without issue other than the duller appearance of the 'green' inlay. The main thing is - heat has NOT bowed the base as of yet which most others do start showin' a slight crown by now. Still nothing has ever stuck - Still ez to wipe out - Still ez to final clean in the sink. NO issues as of yet thou its gotta long ways to go to get to that 2 year stage in life SO lets just say its Still kind of a pre-mature review thou cant drop stars due to that since its been a great buy so far - only time will tell.

I purchased this primarily for scrambled eggs and it works beautifully! Used it last week for pancakes and it didn’t disappoint.
