3/8"Odx15'Ug Copper Coil

This is utility grade tubing and isn't as easy as refrigerant tubing to bend and coil without kinking. I had to buy refrigerant tubing instead for my current project, but this is still good tubing and I will keep it for other projects. Always good to have some tubing handy.

It's beautiful. Nice & soft with a hole right down the middle. Seriously, it works like it is supposed to. Easy to handle & soldered fittings went on without a hitch. Nice product & vendor had great pricing compared to the local hardware stores.

Too soft for this diameter. Almost impossible to work with it without putting a kink. When you trying to connect it- the compression ring just squeezes it and you can't seal it. See picture.

This is so soft that harsh language will bend it. Luckily I need it for a sculptural application where I needed ring shape, but cutting it distorted it severely, both with a pipe cutter wheel or a razor saw. You will need a bender tool to reduce kinking if you need to bent it more than slightly.

It's very soft easy to kink and one needs to be careful when cutting. Apply pressure very slowly when cutting. Watch the description very carefully I thought I was getting 25ft but ended up with 15ft.

The grade - "utility" grade - is buried in what looks more like a PN. Was replacing a type M line that had lasted 35 years, before corroding where it had been zip-tied to metal HVAC framing. This product is so flimsy, it took 3 tries to flare an end without splitting. the old line was virtually impossible to kink, even while being coiled for removal. This product is one kink away, during installation, that'd render it useless junk. A coil of 1/4 " refrigeration grade from a prior task felt heavier, by comparison. Had bought based on the brand – would've gladly paid $20 more for type M, but not available on Amazon. Will likely buy some type M (from somewhere else) within the next 3-6 months, and replace.
