how many mg of magnesium, taurine and b6 in EACH pill?

Magnesium Taurate contains 8.9% elemental magnesium by mass. Thus a 200mg pill (x2 for the 400mg dose) contains 200 * 0.089 = 17.8mg magnesium, and the rest (200 - 17.8 = 182.2mg) is taurine. Since the shipping weight of the entire bottle is 6.4 ounces (~181 grams) and there are 90 pills in a bottle, the 400mg referenced on the label refers to the magnesium taurate itself, not the elemental magnesium content.

Two pills weigh about 3.2g. 3.2g of pure mg taurate would contain 285mg of mg. they also claim 1g of cellulose. how do you get 400mg of mg?

Obviously, they are lying about the magnesium content. The party who commented about 200 mg per pill isn't following your logic or any logic, for that matter. You have correctly pointed out why the manufacturer's claims of magnesium content are false.
